i thoroughly liked the variety of food available at all hours. THE themed nights added a unique culinary experience. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to both the beach and local shops. this made exploring convenient and enjoyable.
The bar queues were often long. This caused frustration. The use of single-use plastic cups was excessive. I seen significant WASTE. These are important issues the hotel should address.

amazing stay, lovely
fun programpositive energylively atmosphere
i want to give special recognition to the animation team led by alexa. they are true professionals. every day was packed with fun programs, dancing, and games. positive energy was present. alex and his team create a warm and lively atmosphere. it's impossible not to smile.
the food could have been nicer, it was displayed well by the staff. but it was always lukewarm.

there was a very wide selection in the restaurant for three meals. snacks from midnight to 6 a.m. were available. a poolside bar, ice cream, doughnuts, waffles, and pastries were provided.

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. I enjoyed the convenient snack bar. The variety of foods available made dining easy. The adult-only balcony with sunbeds provided a peaceful space. It was a short walk to the beach. I appreciated the location between two main areas with transport links. I definitely plan to return.
The gym gets crowded during peak hours, making it hard to use equipment sometimes.
